Promising Nigerian Pop artiste, T-Kross is scheduled to release his new single titled; Onyeoma today, the 3rd of March, 2014. Although not his first work, T-Kross launches this new single with a lot of expectations.
T-Kross formally known as Mustapha Bello, was born and raised in his native state, Edo State. His journey into professional music began when he relocated to Abuja in 2008 upon completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Nigeria.
His love and dedication to music propelled him to further relocate to the United States where he studied and mastered the art of making good music at The Recording Radio and Film Connection in Los Angeles. He also interned at the Great Chung Kings Studio (Owned by the legendary JOHN KING) in New York where he released three singles: YEMO, YEMO Remix ft Busta and You Make Me Happy ft Ugo.
However, his love for his home country, Nigeria has brought him back home with a need to make and sell music that would reach the hearts of Nigerians both at home and all over the world. T-Kross has featured in selected songs with renowned Nigerian artistes such as 2face and Iyanya. One of such songs is ‘My Love is True’ with the legendary 2face Idibia.
T-Kross’s beliefs keep the Gospel genre close to his heart and his new single, Onyeoma communicates his Love and gratefulness to God. “I do know I was inspired to write this song, it came from the inside of me and defines my purpose as a musician. I am not where I am today because I worked more than the next person but because God favours me” T-Kross said of the song which he wrote and produced himself (KayKbeatz). Nevertheless, Onyeoma has this pop, upbeat and rhythmical tempo about it that does not make it an “in your face” gospel song. With features that make for good music, it will appeal to a wide range of musical tastes. T-Kross hopes to widely break across the Nigerian market with his new single, Onyeoma which is released all over the world today, the 3rd of March, 2014.
