Formerly a member of the short-lived band Bronzehead, with whom he performed at numerous shows, most notably Headlining at the Drum Camp Festival in Sussex in 2014, Respect festival in Exerter and the Big Issue Festival 2014.Soon after, they disbanded, but not before they released the compelling 4-track EP Hemiphonic which was met with favourable reviews by members of the genre-appreciating community.
Now with a new band The Afro-Londoners, and also functioning as a solo act, he has cultivated, refined and re-positioned his sound as well as his brand under a new record imprint Karimi records and today releases his first work of the year Police, a song that further shows his innovation, and will go on to prove that he is a unique artist among the crop of Afrobeat artistes who is determined to go on and make a mark in the music world.
