Patrick Ssozi is no stranger to the saying. Born in Masaka Uganda a place where farming dominates. Mostly goats, chickens plantain but not music at his level.
P Ssozi is a vibrant African Producer, Singer, and Songwriter. His music is an experience; his vocal skills range from traditional afro jazz to mainstream R&B, his signature production style is a unique fusion of Reggae, Hip hop and Jazz.
Started making music at age 10 when a family friend gave him a non-working toy piano which he fixed and later became the talk of the town. Since then Patrick Ssozi has outlined genius musical instincts that have no boundaries.
In 2007 Ssozi joined TW, one of Boston’s greatest and most influential contemporary Christian music groups as their lead vocalist. He toured from state to state performing back to back shows packing halls, arenas and churches.
In the summer of 2009, Ssozi started Soofresh Ent. He signed and launched artists like, ‘12Gs,’ ‘Deltah bwoyz’ and ‘Big Money a.k.a. Big Mmo,’ responsible for producing hits like, Gwe Nasiima, Love Enzita by Big Money, Benina Abangi, Kokolima( a hustlers anthem), Area Code, Beez on Honey on the Sugar riddim among others. He’s now based in Boston MA, Dedham
P Ssozi is busy working on his debut album titled “AFRO POPPER 2013”
