C-Real is Hip-Hop. The MC has never failed to represent the Hip-Hop movement. Highly regarded by many Hip-Hop fans as one of the most fearsome lyrical assassins of this era, it seems 2015 is a shaping up as a busy year for him.
Fast on the heels of the release of his collaborative album, Project Hip-Hop (PHH) with fellow rapper and E.L, the rapper has released a new single Lyrical Wars.
Lyrical Wars can be described as an ode, a show of support to the new hip hop movement of the same name which offers a platform for underground Hip-Hop MCs to exhibit the lyrical prowess in a lyrical face-off.
According to C-Real, Lyrical Wars is to ‘support the lyrical wars movement and the guys bringing battle rap back on the scene’ adding ‘it is a warning to the young MCs calling him out for battle to rethink that bad decision’.
The ‘I Be The Swag’ hit maker drops a hot 32 bars over this DJ Juls produced track, flipping through a variety of rap styles; a brazen exhibition of his skills set.
The Em.CEO burst onto the Ghanaian Hip-Hop scene courtesy a similar platform when he represented Ghana and came second in the Sprite MC Africa competition in 2010.
