Smugj whose real name is Nicholas started music at a young age in
school, continued in secondary school where discovered he could rap,
he performed at gigs and events back then in secondary school for fun.
He continued his passion for rap when he got into University of Lagos,
that was when he decided to take it as a career. Smugj is a very good
rapper whose rap influences are numerous both home and abroad. He has
perforned in series of events on campus, and also paticipated in
various rap competitions, the most recent is the radiopalmwine rap
mixtape competition where he made it to the top ten. His first
official single is titled Leke Leke.
About the song
Leke Leke is a love song for the ladies, very melodious with witty
lines to convince a girl to be his own. At the same time it is also
rythymic which makes it a feel good song to move to. The hook was done
by Knicks.
