EVIL…

I always pray I see no evil
I pray I have no cause to close my eyes in pain
I pray my heart doesn’t bled for the death of people
I pray I don’t have to witness what my mind can’t phantom

I always pray I see no evil
Either during the day
Or even at night
I have never seen evil
My prayer has always been answered

I always pray I see no evil
Evil however grows in my mind
I see no evil but I imagine it
I imagine the many ways it can happen
I pick out the victims within a minute
And I conceive of evil

I always pray I see no evil
I have seen no evil so far
My mind however breeds evil thought
I try…I try…to contain it
To shut my mind against it
It has proven to be to powerful

I breed evil
Evil rests in my mind
Evil has found solace in my mind
Evil plans on staying forever
