Frances Higgwe aka DJ Frizzie is a Port Harcourt based female DeeJay, Artiste and producer who hails from Kalabari in Rivers State. Born on the 24th of february, 1990. A graduate of the department of Environmental Engineering in the University of Port Harcourt. The track ‘Don’t holla @ me boi’ is the female reply to wizkid’s song ‘holla at your boy’.
